Time and efficiency
Working as a freelancer, or working as an independent developer, is quite different from working in a company.
While working in a company, your time belongs to the company, not yourself.
So honestly — I think that’s something I shouldn’t say — to try to relax during the work time is good for the individual.
I think that can be described as stealing time from the company.
There are the obvious ways: going to the restroom too frequently or too long, drinking coffee, chatting with others, seeing the mobile…
Also there are more than them: doing nothing while the code compiled, checking the steps / architecture / documents too many times, thinking too much, learning more than the job needs…
But working as a freelancer is quite different.
You have to finish the works as soon as possible.
After that, the time finally belongs to you.
So if you are transferring from employee to freelancer, you should be very careful about the old habits.
These things matters. And deep inside, we all know if we were making the best use of time.
Work & life balance
Because there is no obvious separation, it is quite easy to mix work and life. Sometimes it would be a mass, or even a disaster.
Trying to define the boundaries is very meaningful.
—But first you have to have both, work and life.
For now, I can only put all my time beyond life into work:-(

独立开发 & 自由职业者
时间和效率
作为自由职业者和在公司里工作是截然不同的。
在公司里工作的时候，你的时间属于公司。
所以——虽然不应该这么说——在工作时间摸鱼，是对个人有利的。至少是短期利益。
可以算是从公司偷时间。
要这么做，有一些明显的方式：去洗手间太频繁或者太久，喝咖啡，闲聊，看手机……
也有一些不那么明显的方式：在代码编译的时候发呆，过于仔细小心地查看一些东西，想太多，学工作必要之外的知识……
但是作为自由职业者，就不能这样了。
你要尽快完成工作，其余的时间才是你自己的。
所以如果你在做这样的身份转变，需要格外留神那些工作上遗留下来的老习惯。
这很重要。其实在内心深处，我们是知道我们有没有浪费时间的。
工作和生活和平衡
因为没有上下班的明显界限，自由职业者很容易把生活和工作 在一起。
有时候这很混乱，甚至是灾难。
所以定义边界很重要。——前提是你得有工作，也有生活。
现在嘛，对我来说，还是把时间尽量投入到工作中去比较好……
