Amazon Elastic Block Store, Amazon EBS
It can be backup by Snapshots, Incremental backups. Block-level storage volumes.
Amazon Simple Storage Service, Amazon S3
Store and retrieve an unlimited amount of data. Store data as objects. Store objects in buckets. Max Object size: 5 TB. Version objects.
There are so many types of Amazon S3.
Amazon S3 Standard
Can be used for Amazon S3 Website hosting.
Amazon S3 Standard-infrequent Access, Amazon S3 Standard-IA
Used for data accessed not very frequently but if accessed it will be rapidly required when needed.
Used for backups, disaster recovery files or any objects that requires long-term.
Amazon S3 Glacier Flexible Retrieval
Write Once Read Many, WORM
Amazon S3 Lifecycle Management
Move data automatically between tiers
Amazon S3 One Zone-Infrequent Access
Not as safe as S3 Standard and Standard-IA
Amazon S3 Glacier Instance Retrieval & Amazon S3 Glacier Deep Archive
Used for long-term save but can not be accessed immediately.

用于不经常被读取，但是一旦读取时需要快速响应的数据。
比如用于备份，灾备恢复等。
Amazon S3 Glacier Flexible Retrieval
一次写入多次读取，Write Once Read Many, WORM。
Amazon S3 Lifecycle Management
自动在生命周期层级中迁移数据存储。越不常访问，存储价格越低。
Amazon S3 One Zone-Infrequent Access
没有S3 Standard and Standard-IA安全。
Amazon S3 Glacier Instance Retrieval & Amazon S3 Glacier Deep Archive
用于长期存储但不需要即时访问的数据。
