Independent Development
Speed is the most important
As a freelancer, or an independent developer, or for small companies, it is very important to deliver products as soon as possible.
Only in this way, we can check if the thought is a good one or a bad one in minimum cost, including money, time and energy.
Because we are working for ourselves, so every second matters.
This means all other things should stand backwards, including full testing, architecture design, less important functions, logo design… everything.
It is OK to have some technical debt. If – unfortunately – the product didn’t work, the debt will be nothing.
I used to work in big companies, all of which had the full develop supporting environment.
It is quite different.

独立开发
速度是最重要的因素
作为自由职业者，或者独立开发者，或者小公司，能够快速推出产品是非常重要的。
只有这样，才能够以最小的成本来验证想法是否可行。
为自己工作，所有时间都是自己的，所以每一秒都很珍贵。
这意味着其它所有事情都可以街边站，比如全面测试，架构设计，次重要的功能开发，设计logo……所有事情。
有点技术债务很正常。如果不幸这个想法走不通，那债务也就不存在了。
我过去一直在大公司中工作，都有完善的开发支持团队和系统。
现在不一样了。
